Add four amylase crystals to a 4-dose super energy. Amylase is stackable so inventories are 27 potions; amylase price is the swing factor.

Requirements

Skills: 77 Herblore
Quests: Druidic Ritual
Note: One amylase crystal per dose.

How to do it

Method rates and requirements here are independently authored. For the step-by-step guide, see the OSRS Wiki page (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0).

The math (per hour)

Item	Qty/hr	Unit	Total	1h volume

Super energy(4)	2,400	2,265	−5,436,000	9,273 limit 2,000/4h
Amylase crystal low liq	9,600	365	−3,504,000	28,300 limit 11,000/4h
Revenue 8,443,200
Costs −8,940,000
Profit / hour −497K

Sell prices are after 2% GE tax (capped at 5M, items under 50 gp exempt). Inputs use the instant-buy price, outputs the instant-sell price — the conservative assumption. Buy-limit cap: 21% (binding: Super energy(4)).

Prices updated 19s ago. Figures are estimates: buy at instant-buy price, sell at instant-sell price after 2% GE tax.
